Send the product dimensions, intended contents or weight, and a photo of the wall. Share any mounting instructions and identify where you would like the item positioned.
A sensible scope, with clear limits
Wall material, suitable backing, and concealed utilities affect feasibility. A shelf or bracket must not be loaded beyond its rated capacity.

Ours won't — we anchor into studs or use rated toggle hardware for the actual weight. We'll tell you the limit before we drill.
Do you mount TVs?+
Yes — most TV mounts go up in under two hours, cords tidied, level checked from your couch, not just ours.
What should I send with my request?+
Include close-up and wider photos, approximate dimensions, your town, and your preferred timing. Don’t include private medical details or sensitive information.
Are materials included?+
Material requirements and who supplies them are agreed as part of the quote. Matching existing finishes may depend on what products are available.
Can this be combined with other small jobs?+
Tell us about the full list. We can review which jobs fit together, rather than assuming every repair needs a separate visit.

We begin by understanding your priority and checking whether the task is suitable for a handyman visit. Photos and dimensions can help, but a phone conversation is a perfectly good place to start.
Before the visit, agree who will supply parts, how the working area will be accessed, and who can approve the work. Tell us about pets, fragile belongings, or times when the household needs quiet.
Once the agreed work is complete, ask for a walkthrough and any instructions about drying, curing, weight limits, or using newly fitted items. If another trade or specialist is needed, that should be part of the conversation.
